Do you normally like to fly or cruise when you go on holiday? Having asked that we all know it depends on the type of holiday they people are looking to go to. People looking to go on luxury cruises are happy being at the same place for 7 to 10 days when they are on a cruising holiday. It can be the same when you travel on the plane but when you fly at least you can travel to different towns when you are not on the cruise. Cruise ship does stop in different destinations but only for few hours which doesn’t give you the chance to see the attractions.
Let’s say you want to go for a short holiday in this coming bank holiday weekend in August. You can’t really enjoy 3 days holiday on a cruise can you? Well if book official holidays from work then yes you can but only for 3 days cruising is not the best option. Short holidays is when you look for cheap price holidays somewhere in Europe, a place you haven’t visited before. That is my way of travelling though. A lot of people like going to a place where they have been previously. Every time I go on a short break I like visiting a new city.
This winter I am planning to go to Caribbean but this would be a cruise trip and first time I won’t be flying anywhere. I will be travelling in cunard cruises from Spain to travel to the Caribbean. The trip cost came up to £2,000 for 20 days which is a great deal to be fair. To be honest I got a fantastic deal as I won a competition in which Cunard cruise lines were giving away 30% off their cruise tickets. I would also like to cruise in regent cruises one day as they have one of the biggest ships in the industry.

When the summer comes several people are looking to go on luxury cruises. A lot of people are going for a cruise to Caribbean, South America and Caribbean. In UK the weather has been pretty good this year and it surely looks like we will be having a great summer. Even if we have a good summer people are still looking to go on holiday. Because of previous summers it has now become a habit of many people.
In the summer of 2010 the cruise line’s research shows that many people prefer going towards the Caribbean for cruising. Few cruise lines did some research not so long ago like silversea cruises, Cunard Cruises, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises and fred olsen cruises shows that Caribbean has been a huge favourite for most people. And then it has been Mediterranean.
These cruise lines have luxurious cruises. They have friendly staffs who provide great service. The whole cruising trip in these cruise lines would be a trip to remember. You can enjoy shopping in mini shopping centres they have inside the cruise, there are also few bars where you can enjoy few drinks. You will be able to see a fantastic scenery of sunset and sunrise.
Caribbean islands are famous for it’s resorts. weather and beaches. That is why people tend to choose Caribbean for their cruise and relaxing holiday. The warm weather under a beautiful sun, beside the sea on the beach sipping on the finest Caribbean rum just makes me feel like going there now. But its a shame I can’t be there because I have no more holidays from work. I actually was in St.Vincent (one of the Caribbean islands) few years ago for my friend’s wedding. This is where Pirate of the Caribbean was filmed. I had a fantastic time and I did not want to come back but had to.
